Shipments and returns

Items are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are Posted via Standard Royal Mail. If you prefer delivery by Next Day delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us if choosing this method. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be processed within seven days of receipt of the goods. Refunds on returns are subject to goods being returned in saleable condition or in the event of faulty goods - subject to inspection and agreement of sterlingsilk.

Faulty products

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered to you we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should notify us and return the product in accordance with the provisions above.

Our policy on faulty products does not affect your legal rights.
