Please note that handmade beads vary slightly in size, colour & weight. While every effort is made to represent products accurately, images shown may vary slightly from the actual product.

sterlingsilk are committed to respecting your privacy and are aware that you the consumer are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you.  We treat all information as private and confidential, any information we do collect is kept in a secure location.  We will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of processing your order and the delivery of goods.  You may receive e-mails from our company with regard to your current open orders and occasional special offers, announcements etc. Your email address is used solely for this purpose. You may ask that your details be removed from our system by contacting us by email. We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any third parties, except when in connection with your order(s) to our approved courier, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery. Unless required by law.

Returns

We are happy to except refunds & exchanges within 28 days, but we do not refund postage.

Catalog Pricing Integrity.

All prices in our catalogue were current at the time of publication. While every effort has been made to maintain our everyday low prices, market conditions and manufacturers' price increases may necessitate price adjustments. Gold and Silver prices may change due to the volatile nature of the market. Our current pricing is on this web site.

Backorders.

We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery; however backorders do occur if we do not have the entire quantity ordered in stock. Please note that we do not charge for items that are backordered until they are posted. If you do not receive your backorder within 30 days, please re-order the product. There are no backorders on 'Limited Edition' items.

Please e-mail  Customer Service if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.
